平顶封装
HLMP-P106 系列平顶灯采用不着色非扩散式截顶透镜来提供背光应用中必不可少的宽幅辐射模式。平顶灯也是导光管应用中发光器的理想选择。
引脚配置

技术
这些超小型固态灯具采用极佳的 LED 材料技术、透明的衬底基片铝砷化镓 (TS AlGaAs)。该 LED 技术的发光效率极高，可在宽范围驱动电流条件下（500 微安至 50 毫安）实现高光输出。颜色在主导波长为 644nm 时为深红色。TS AlGaAs 是倒装芯片 LED 技术，芯片附着在阳极引线并且导线连接在阴极引线。
