ASMT-YTxx 表面贴装 LED 采用 PLCC-6 封装，每个 LED 芯片具有独立散热路径，带来高电流驱动，120° 宽视角加上内置反射器提高了光输出强度，使得这些 LED 非常适合室内电子标志使用。全黑本体提供了出色的对比增强，出货采用符合 EIA 规范的卷带式封装兼容回流焊工艺。除红色外每卷皆以单一强度和色彩批次出货
